125mm Petty - Custom Order

Not every knife in the kitchen has to be a monster. The 125mm petty is a great sized blade for many cooking tasks and often becomes the go-to knife for it's lightweight, maneuverable size and controllability. After you start using a great knife of this size, you keep using it because it performs so well. This knife is made from 1/16" thick stainless steel which keeps it nice, light, and super slicey. The base version is made with 440C stainless steel and is upgradable to your preference. The cutting edge is 125mm and the handle is right at the 5" mark. Handle material is your choice as well. The handle is faceted on the top to help with indexing the knife and rounded on the bottom for a more ergonomic feel in your fingers. This knife is a gem to use.
