Knife Maker's Sanding Block

Made from 1/2 thick aluminum with two aluminum bars that hold sandpaper in place. This makes changing paper really quick and the paper is held very securely. This tool is a real dream and makes the task of hand-sanding blades a little more enjoyable. 

Ideal paper size is 3" wide X 4 1/2" long.

To give credit where it's due; this idea was originally shown by Aaron Gough and with his approval, I am making and selling these. 

Please note each sanding block is machined on a manual milling machine by hand. There may be slight discrepancies in the finish from one sanding block to another, but they all perform the same and have a nice flat bottom to make sure sanding is consistent.
